Так это же стандартный провод от блоков питания ATX вроде? у них вроде 14А максимум? Я то с той колокольни что раз 4 регуля по 10А то и питать по максималке… Т.е. не заморачиваться и срезать с мертвого БП ?)))
Мы на больших то 16AWG максимум используем, ну куда на мелком толстые провода?
Вообще используют тот же провод, что и на батареях, но я использую всегда тоньше и ничего.

Спасибо Сергей) Значит у меня есть неисчерпаемый запас такого провода почти любой расцветки))) На работе с десяток мертвых БП валяется.
Понравились больше JST сидят плотнее и разнимать легче.

Взвесил XT60, вышло 7,8 гр (чуть чуть припоя в контактах осталось, скорее 7,7 гр.)
Круто! наверное куплю их пачку, ожидаю что токи у моего сетапа не будут превышать 30 ампер, а 6 гр сэкономить было бы неплохо 😃

Вопрос: широко популярный в узких кругах регулятор напряжения Pololu 2119 (по другому S7V7F5), используемый в основном для борьбы с наводками от моторов в видеосетапе - Может ли запитываться от lipo 3S?
В описании Pololu 2119 написано что работает “between 2.7 V and 11.8 V”
А вдруг мне захочется взять резко и переставить мой видеосетап с общей батареи микрокоптера 1S и запитать его от силовой батареи 3S миникоптера? Что б без огорода, так сказать. Так-то полностью заряженные 3 банки имеют 12.6 - 12.5 вольт…

Я бы не стал, там написано: higher inputs can destroy the regulator. Для такого конфига придется ставить просто step-down на 5V.
всем привет вот решил собрать миника))) отсюда вопрос, посмотрите на комплектацию и подскажите все ли правильно, может что то заменить?
раму делаю вот такого типа как один из америкосов
двигателя - DYS BE1806
регули - ZTW spider 12A
мозг - CC3D
приемник - CORONA R4FA-SB
видеопередатчик - TS5823 MINI 5.8G
аккум - zippy compact 1300 3s
винты - 5030
раму буду делать из карбона, и по раме есть несколько вопросов, акк буду крепить под рамой и вот думаю надо ли его защищять или просто снизу на липучку-хомут притянуть? при падении не сильно ли опасное место для него?

Видео передатчик у меня такой так и не заработал.
Если еще не купили, лучше Aomway с того же банггуда.
Пропы можно и 6х3 если в раму войдут.
У меня Аккум снизу, думаю ничего страшного, у меня миник если падает то кувыркается всеми сторонами.

Getting the Blackbird to work with the Headplay goggles
several people have contacted me about issues they are having with the headplay goggles, and getting them to work the first time. so i thought i would post this to help. as always if you need assistance Please feel free to contact me, i am happy to help. however i am finding that the problem is usually firmware related. the headplays come with FW 1.18r or 1.19 both of these are fine for 2D fpv, but not what we do, even though they have a 3D setting it will not run the field sequential 3D video the blackbird and emr labs cameras use. so you must upgrade it. You will need to be running the 1.21a or 1.20r firmware. as i said they come with the 1.18or 1.19 but change this first before you do anything else.
start by uploading the correct firmware to the included usb drive be sure to REMOVE ANY OTHER FIRMWARE VERSIONS or it will load the oldest for some reason. there are 2 files in the FW upgrade that must be loaded, you will need to unzip the folder and store the main file with these on your computer so you will have them later if needed. in this main file, (i will use the 1.21a for am example), will be listed on your computer as “headplay_1_21a” open this file folder and inside you will find the two files needed, they are listed as, Vids.rfb, and the second is sys.bif, copy both of these onto the usb drive and plug it into the liberator and turn on the goggles, when the main menu comes up select " system settings" then “upgrade” and follow the on screen prompts. it takes about 5 to 7 min to complete the process
I found the image in 1.20w to be as good as 1.21a but the 1.21a has a few more features in preset modes for the image and how it looks, and it supposedly has no more latency issues in 2d mode if it gets a bad data stream any more, it used to be when flying in regular 2d mode/ composite video, if your signal was interrupter it would drop to about 15FPS until you reset it! As you can imagine that can be a problem for FPV, the 1.21a resolved this, although I never flew this way, I always used 3D mode even in 2D because it would give it a slight simulated 3d image, this works even better now with the 1.21a FW so I recommend that one.
I also fly with my image control set to the “sharp” preset, I find it to be the clearest image available, but all things are subjective,
Now after you have upgraded the FW, turn on the video transmitter on you aircraft first, next turn on the video receiver system, NOW turn on the goggles, this just keeps it working smoothly without having to back up and reset everything, (I will talk about that later) now that you have the goggles on and the VTx on, you will see the main menu use the controller on the goggle cord to scroll down to “SOURCE”, and select that option, next menu scroll down to “COMPOSITE”, and select that, next menu scroll down to “3D” and select that option, now you should have good stable 3D video image. it should not be flickering back and forth. (if it is see below) Next press the scroll up button on the controller, this will open a menu with 3 selections. They are “CLOSE”, “MENU”, and “TOGGLE 3D L/R EYES”, select the last one “TOGGLE 3D L/R EYES”. and you are ready to fly, this last setting switches the display to view from the correct camera sensors on the Blackbird, if you do not do this the left eye will display on the right and the right eye on the left. this will cause the background to look as if it is in front of everything and looks very strange. and can lead you to think something is wrong, but it is a issue most 3d cameras have which is why the setting is provided. ( note this adjustment is not needed if you are using the EMR labs cameras they work fine). Now scroll up to “Close” and exit the menu. you should also see it change when you toggle the eyes, BTW if you get it going and turn the Video transmitter on after the goggles are running in the correct mode it may give you a flickering image This can be fixed by opening the same menu and selecting “menu” this will return you to where you can select the 3D option again and it should correct the problem, what you are doing is simply backing up the menus and restarting the 3D mode. you may also need to select toggle eyes again as above. once all this is done you are set. It should also say on the bottom of the screen in a box that comes up “3D field sequential mode” if you see this all is good. i know it sounds like a lot to do but once you get used to doing it turning the system on goes very fast.
turn on RC radio, turn on RC aircraft and video transmitter, turn on video receiver, turn on goggles, select source>composite>3D. next push scroll up pad>toggle 3D eyes l/r>close… done
i hope this helps with some of the issues you might run into. the right left eye thing is the other big one people are running into.
anyway don’t hesitate to contact me if you have any questions. the only dumb question is the one you don’t ask about that messes everything up.

they say that it can still suffer low frame rate if the video stream is interupted, this can be avoided completely by using the headply in 3d mode all the time, even if you are not using a 3d camera, i have tested this, and it works great it will even give you a slight simulated 3d effect from a 2d camera when viewed in this mode. it can be found here:

3rd is the transcoder, read the description of this before using it is only to convert video to a format to be used in the headplay on USB drive

i should also note in here that if you do fly in 2d mode, and get the issue where you frame rate drops to 15fps, it is caused by a loss of signal to the headplay. this for whatever reason will not happen if you fly in the 3D mode all the time, even if not using 3d cameras. it will work fine on a 2D cam also. give it a try you will be surprised, it also seems to give the picture a slight 3D look to it almost as if it is trying to simulate 3d for you, this seems to be more noticeable with the 1.21a FW also but both the 1.21a and 1.20w will do it.
one last thing remember to plug the USB drive into the liberator unit than turn it on, otherwise it might not recognize the updates, and when you try to run the upgrade it tells you “upgrade failed”.

“Черная пташка” формирует сигнал в формате чересстрочного 3D (field sequential 3D), что позволяет передавать его при помощи стандартных видеопередатчиков, а значит Вам не придётся менять передатчик для передачи стерео изображения.
