Alfa-Bank + towerhobbie = Проблемы
Сделал на башне заказ.
Деньги с кредитка сняли, т.е за блокировали (платил Alfa-Bank Virtual card) .
Получил от башни письмо:

We will need the authorization number or approval code assigned to this transaction. This number can sometimes be called a serial number. You can only obtain this number by calling the issuing bank. This number is confidential and only the credit card holder can contact their bank to obtain this information. Please contact your credit card issuing bank and tell them you need the authorization number on the order placed with Tower Hobbies. Once you have this number, you will need to provide it to us for verification.
The authorization number may be emailed or faxed (800-637-7303 or 217-356-6608, Attention: Kim Johnson), or you can call 800-637-6050/217-398-3636 and ask for Kim Johnson. When you supply this information, please be sure to incl*ude your Tower Hobbies customer number or order number so that we can assist you promptly.
We also need to verify the address your credit card statements are mailed to and the phone number your credit card company has on file for you. Please incl*ude this information in your response.
We request this information to verify that you are the credit card holder and appreciate your cooperation. We look forward to your prompt response so that we may proceed with your order.

Код авторизации не предоставляется, так как является конфиденциальной информацией.
Для совершения операции по МПК через Интернет указываются Ваши данные: ФИО, адрес по прописке, указанный Вами при регистрации
в банковской системе номер Вашей пластиковой карты, срок ее действия и код CVC 2 (три последние цифры, указанные на бумажной полосе карты).С уважением,
Альфа-Банк.
Вот сижу и думаю что делать.
Такой подлянки от Alfa-Bank а я не ожидал.
Может они все-таки хотят номер, который у описания транзакции в распечатке или на SMS? Как с палкой. Его без проблем по телефону узнать.

Его они и хотят,

В выписке он есть, по тлф. там одни «блондинки».
Им нужен именно authorization number, который в банке вам никто не скажет, ответьте башне что банк не предоставляет такой информации и предложите им другие пути вашей верификации, например отправка им скана карты и паспорта. Они ответят примерно так:

We also require a copy of the front of your credit card. Note: email and faxes are not secured. You can rest assured that after we have reviewed the copy, we will shred it in a secure manner.
The copies may be emailed, faxed (800-637-7303 or 217-356-6608) or mailed to us at Tower Hobbies, PO Box 9078, Champaign, IL 61826-9078. Please put Attention: Kim Johnson. When you supply this information, please be sure to incl*ude your Tower Hobbies customer number or your order number so that we can assist you promptly.
Also, we need to know the address where you receive your credit card statement. If you are shipping the product to a different address, please let us know why. We prefer to only ship to the billing address.

Написал в башню, что отказываются давать вышеперечисленную информацию.
Прислали следующее письмо:

Alfa-Bank - Перестал отвечать на мои письма, а в выписке со счёта на месте последней операцией с башней, где по идее должен быть желанный 6 значный номер стоит HOLD.
Отправил в башню скан паспорта и кредитки предварительно затерев кое какие цифры.
Ответ башни:

Я ее имел.
С Башней Вы решите проблему,а вот с другими магазинами нет.
Имел удовольствие платить ей на Испите. Трижды замораживались деньги.
Один раз после переписки с Тони платеж все же прошел,но в последующий раз все повторилось.
Завел Визу от сбербанка и больше не имею проблем.
Только что решил такую же проблему. Я башне отписал, что этот код мне банк не даёт и они тог потребовали скан паспорта, ге фото и скан передний части кредики и всё разрешилось, у них теперь видимо новые правила.
Имел аналогичную проблему при первом заказе с башни.
3 раза звонил в сервисную службу АльфаБанка и они не видели это код транзакции.
Зашел в филиал. Операционистка сделала какую то распечатку и в ней был виден искомый код. Башня его приняла и выполнила мой заказ.
Недавно делал новый заказ на башне. Оплата той же картой альфабанка прошла без каких-либо осложнений.
ЗЫ у меня виртуальная карта альфабанка.
