Всем привет сделал заказ на башне оплатил деньги ушли… Через 10 минут присылают вот это…

The authorization number may be emailed or faxed (800-637-7303 or 217-356-6608, Attention Kim Johnson), or you can call 800-637-6050/217-398-3636 and ask for Kim Johnson. When you supply this information, please be sure to include your Tower Hobbies customer number or order number so that we can assist you promptly.
We also need to verify the address your credit card statements are mailed to and the phone number your credit card company has on file for you. Please include this information in your response.

Я им уже отсылал несколько кодов разовых для интернет покупок… Они пишут такое.

Я уже голову сломал что за код такой может быть ((( Помогите где найти его если что банк СБЕРБАНК
Звоним в Сбер и узнаем код блокировки денег на сумму, равной сумме покупке на Башне.
Этот код и нужно отослать Башне.

океу спасибо буду завтра пробывать.
Пару раз спрашивали код, в первом случае удачно добыл код банке, во втором случае добыл код но видимо не тот (в этот день было 2 покупки, может в банке перепутали), в ответ башня написала что код не подходит, но для решения проблемы им можно прислать фотографию документов удостоверяющие личность и фотографию банковской карты (только с основной стороны). Я так и сделал, прислал им фотку прав/загран паспорта и карты (часть номера карты, в середине, я скрыл бумашкой) и послал им, через 20 минут мне ответили что все ОК, высылают.
