shipping for tango 2/pro has started. we are still fulfilling back orders.
orders placed for this month will most likely reach by mid of june. because your position in the queue is quite far i suggest to check with me again by mid of june i will have better update by then.

Это за какой месяц речь идет? Заказал 27 апреля, жду вот с нетерпением…
Сделал тикет на сайте. Ответили вполне ожидаемо:

Я действительно сожалею о задержке. Курьер сообщил, что будет существенная задержка в транзите из-за отмены рейсов из-за ограниченной пропускной способности авиакомпаний и сокращения частоты рейсов. Обе они являются причинами задержки.
Из Гонконга будет проходить два транзитных посылки. После сбора в нашем офисе он будет проходить через курьерские сортировочные центры, а затем загружаться в самолет в Сингапур, являющийся их перевалочным узлом. Посылка будет проходить другой процесс сортировки, а затем отправляться в страну назначения, которая является вторым транзитом. Оба испытывают задержку.
Курьер ищет вашего терпения и понимания. Они делают все возможное, чтобы сохранить наши посылки, в том числе и ваши, но задержка неизбежна на данный момент из-за Covid 19.
На основании текущей информации о доставке ваша посылка считается транзитной до перевалочного узла курьера. После прибытия в Сингапур и обработки для отправки в страну назначения новая информация о доставке публикуется на портале отслеживания Singpost или 17track.net. На данный момент информация о доставке доступна только при нажатии кнопки TracK Shipment на странице заказа.
Просьба к участникам форума, если вы заказывали с какого то магазина и стучались в поддержку, писать какой это магазин. Интересно же, откуда быстрее доедет))
Я заказывал с RMRC.com 28 апреля, пока тишина.
В фэйсбуке в группе по TBS Tango, представитель TBS, Raphael Pirker, вот что написал 25 мая:
“most dealers will receive their orders this week.”
то есть теперь все зависит от магазинов и очередей в них.
Заказывал на офф сайте.
Большинство грузовых перевозок осуществляется пассажирскими самолетами. И пока авиаперевозки не стабилизируются будут проблемы с доставкой. Я так думаю

Am sorry to inform you that the courier for reg air has no shipping service to Russia for order with battery, am sorry about that. EMS shipping service as well is temporarily suspended until further notice.
Both UPS and DHL don’t have any shipping service to Russia for orders with battery. Currently, we have no means to ship this order to Russia with a cheaper shipping fee.
You may opt to look for another courier in Hong Kong like Aramex. One customer said this courier has shipping service to Russia. We can arrange delivery and deduct it from your paid shipping fee.
Otherwise, you may opt to refund this order back to your Paypal account and purchase it from the TBS retailer nearest your place.Hope to hear from you.

Написал им ответ, что согласен на отправку через Aramex. Странно, что статус указан на Оплачен. Позднее должен указан Отправлен.
Тоже получил про Арамекс письмо, спросил смогут-ли отправить этим Арамексом. Ждемс.

Не стал рисковать. Сомневаюсь, что если все не отправляют, то какой-то Арамекс может. Скорее всего вся эта байда из-за долбаного вируса, может наземные границы закрыты или типа того. А авиа с АКБ не отсылают. Кроме того, если правильно понял, за иной способ доставки попросят доплатить…

Через Алик акб доставили, в мае делал заказ.
Платить не надо за доставку. Как я понял они использует деньги оплаченные за доставку через EMS.

Написал в EMS Гонконга, отправляют ли они посылки в Россию.

Ну скажу так, что проблемы в Гонконге. Так как у меня зависли посылки от Али, Бангуда, ТБС которые были отправлены из Гонконга. Посылки из других стран приходят.
Думаю только ждать.
Меня беспокоит только то что могут завернуть изза Липохи.

Do you know what Aliexpress is using to ship orders with batteries to Russia? Because the current shipping methods we offer don’t have lipo service to Russia, am sorry.
Some customers are using other shipping addresses like in Ukraine. Do you have any friends in other countries where we can forward your order and he’ll forward it to you in Russia?

Some customers are opting to ship it without battery. They will just buy it locally. Am not sure if you prefer this route.
