Вот предлогаю выкладывать фото +ТТХ+откуда снять.
EM-50
EM-50 tambien en unipolar con 6 cables, 80 ohms por bobina, 7.5º por paso, con 9.5V el consumo es de 110mA y a 15V unos 170mA, aparentemente este motor se puede alimentar con mas tension pero el circuito que arme para probar no me permite superar los 15V. Este motor tenia como drivers 4 transistores 2SC4547 que estan diseñados para manejar cargas inductivas hasta 3A, posee un diodo de proteccion entre colector y emidor y un zener entre colector y base, me parecio interesante por eso se los comento.
