Да, уже месяц как международный авиационный комитет запретил пересылку. Но не стоит печалиться, они то запрещают то разрешают снова.
Получается, если вместе с дроном. то таки можно, а вот отдельно - никак.

We are sorry to say but We cannot ship the batteries to Russia. Batteries can be shipped via FedEx only from Japan , however FedEx cannot ship the batteries to Russia anymore because of their regulation is changed . So we are not be able to ship batteries to Russia now.
Would it be ok to send your order except batteries?
